Ranking System Explained

The leaderboard uses a weighted scoring system to calculate player performance (later on as Skill Score) across multiple metrics.

1. Leaderboard Terminology

• KDR: Kill-to-Death Ratio (PMC Kills ÷ Deaths)
• SR: Survival Rate
• Standing: Profile standing. Depends on various suspicious detection from the server, or low trust factor.

2. Season System

Competitive cycles with unique leaderboard:

• Duration: 1-3 months per season
• Reset: New season automatically starts when SPT major version releases or SPT Leaderboard mod. Moderation of SPTLB Team reserves a right to change its duration at any time.
• Hall of Fame: Top 3 players from previous season are shown on the page
• Data: Full season archives in the dropdown menu

3. Skill Formula

Final skill score is calculated using these weighted factors (0.00-100.00 scale):

• Kill/Death Ratio (25%)
• Survival Rate (20%)
• Average Life Time (20%)
• PMC Raids (25%)
• Best of the Best Bonus (10%):
  • Best average kills/damage/loot per raid
  • Single-raid best performances
  • Best KDR and survival rates

Leaderboard Calibration & Penalties:

• Raid Requirements:
  • 70% penalty with linear reduction until 50 PMC raids
  • Full skill score multiplier is unlocked at 100+ PMC raids
  • Small bonus for players who achieved 200+ PMC raids if Season takes longer than expected
• Life Time Penalty: 30% penalty if average life time below 10 minutes
• Performance Tracking: Your best historical stats are permanently recorded and contribute to score
• Boost System: -+5% skill adjustments based on mod factors
• Casual Players: Capped at 15.00 skill score maximum

4. Skill Tiers

Players are classified into tiers based on final skill score:

• L- to L+: Low (0.00-34.99)
• M- to M+: Medium (35.00-64.99)
• H- to H+: High (65.00-83.99)
• P- to P+: Pro (84.00-96.99)
• G: Godlike (97.00-100)

5. Visual Indicators

Statistics, including SPT versions are color-coded based on thresholds:

• KDR: Poor (<5), Standard (5-12), Skilled (12-14.99), Impressive (15+)
• SR: Low (<30%), Average (30-55%), Good (55%-70%), Impressive (70%+)
• Raid Duration: Short (<5m), Average (5-15m), Long (15-20m), Impressive (20m+)
• SPT Version: Outdated, Older than latest release, Latest Release

Legal Agreement / Terms of Service (LA/TOS)

By submitting your statistics to the SPT Leaderboard, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. Violations may lead to removal from the leaderboard, profile bans, or permanent bans.

1. General Rules

• 1.1. Fair Play: Any form of cheating, exploiting, or deception via mods is strictly forbidden, including the manipulation of any crucial game data (PMC/SCAV profile level, Quests, HP, Hydration, Energy) specifically including but not limited to "double armoring" (wearing armor on top of other armor). The presence of any unofficial modifications in a user's profile may be deemed a violation at the discretion of the SPT Leaderboard Team. Upon identification of suspicious activity, the SPTLB Team reserves the right to commit a temporary ban on the profile in question pending investigation. The affected user will be subject to an appeal process, during which they must provide comprehensive evidence to substantiate the legitimacy of their profile. Failure to do so will result in a permanent ban.
• 1.2. Casual Mode: While gameplay-altering mods are allowed in Casual Mode, exploits or any harm towards the Leaderboard remain prohibited. Statistics from Casual Mode are not eligible for the main leaderboard.
• 1.3. Allowed Mods: Cosmetic, weapon, AI and quality-of-life (QoL) mods are permitted. However, gameplay-altering mods (e.g., god mode, unlimited ammo, faster reload speed, extra amount of loot, radars, revival after death, debug mods, quieter environment, less restrictive headwear or armor) are strictly forbidden.
• 1.4. Profile Standing: Profiles that have been automatically flagged by the system for suspicious activity or abnormal statistics may be banned without the right to appeal. Players are responsible for ensuring their profile complies with all rules.
• 1.5. Content Guidelines: Usernames, profile pictures (PFP), and "About Me" sections must be appropriate for all audiences. They must not contain offensive, discriminatory, hateful, sexually explicit (NSFW), or politically charged content. This strictly includes, but is not limited to, material related to racism, sexual racism, religious intolerance, political extremism, hate speech, or any form of harassment. Any form of political discourse or propaganda is not welcomed on the platform. Violations will result in removal from the Leaderboard, permanent restriction from profile change, profile ban, or permanent ban.
• 1.6. Acknowledgment of Rules: By participating on the SPT Leaderboard, the user is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all of the Rules, or, Terms of Service (ToS). Failure to review these rules within a 24-hour period of participation, or within a recent LA/TOS update, does not exempt the user from their obligations and the consequences of violating them.

2. Eligibility & Participation

Participation is open to all players who comply with the rules outlined in this agreement:

• 2.1. Mod Policy: Any mod that provides a competitive or statistical advantage is prohibited and will result in disqualification or a permanent ban (as stated in General Rules).
• 2.2. Multi-Account Policy: Players may link multiple accounts under the same token/identifier. However, if any of them violate the rules, all linked accounts will be held responsible. Penalties (including restrictions, or bans) will be applied to the entire group of accounts.
• 2.3. Honesty: All submitted statistics must reflect genuine gameplay. Any form of falsified or edited data will result in a disqualification from leaderboard, or permanent ban.
• 2.4. Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your profile and token. Do not share your token or account details. Any submission or action made with your token will be treated as an action taken by you.

3. Data Usage & Rights

• 3.1. Public Display: By submitting your data, you grant the SPT Leaderboard a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and store your statistics publicly on the Leaderboard and other platforms. This applies to any form or state of the player profile and the data being sent to the server.
• 3.2. Privacy & Data Collection: To maintain leaderboard integrity and prevent exploits, hashed/obfuscated IP addresses may be temporarily collected solely for anti-cheat detection. Hashed IPs are stored alongside user-generated tokens for no longer than 1 hour, after which they are automatically erased. Only IPs flagged as malicious (e.g., brute-force attacks) are retained long-term for developer review. Raw/unhashed IPs are never logged or accessible.
• 3.3. Moderation: The Administration and Moderation teams reserve the right to review, modify, or remove any entries from the leaderboard at their sole discretion without prior notice. Developers reserve the right to modify season duration, reset times, or scoring rules as needed. Moderation decisions are based on the principle of fair play, and anything providing a very unfair advantage or potential may lead to a permanent or temporary ban. All moderation decisions are final.
• 3.4. Policy Updates: These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the mod, SPT Leaderboard, implies acceptance of the most recent version.
• 3.5. Data Anonymity: The submitted dataset consists solely of in-game statistics (e.g., raid results) and a user-generated in-game ID. This data does not constitute Personally Identifiable Information (PII). It represents an anonymized snapshot of a gameplay session within a modified, unofficial environment. Player entries are not linked to real accounts, passwords, or email addresses. The submitted data forms an immutable, anonymous record of a game session. By submitting your data, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that your data will become a permanent, non-removable part of the public leaderboard history, and there is no technical process for you to request or initiate its deletion.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

• 4.1. Service "As Is": The SPT Leaderboard and its related services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• 4.2. No Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the SPT Leaderboard Team, its developers, and moderators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, server interruptions, arising out of or in connection with your use of the SPT Leaderboard.
• 4.3. Termination of Service: SPT Leaderboard Team reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the SPT Leaderboard, any part of it, or its services, either temporarily or permanently, at any time without notice and without liability given.
